Tom co-founded Catapult Direct Marketing in 1993 and now oversees all agency operations and drives the company’s strategic direction. Over the past 15 years, Tom has run 100s of successful direct response and awareness campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients, including Applied Materials, Cisco, eBay, Fujitsu, McAfee, NetApp, Seagate and many others. Working closely with key client stakeholders and the creative and account teams, Tom guides programs, creative vision and messaging. Tom also is responsible for developing key partnerships.
Before starting Catapult, Tom was VP of Account Services at B2B agency Dazai in Silicon Valley, as well as VP of Sales and Marketing for the networking company InfoMass.
Dennis provides the technology vision for all Catapult groups, and drives database, telemarketing and sales and marketing initiatives by guiding Catapult’s long-term service, partnering and acquisition strategies. Dennis’ unique experience managing sales operations at companies including Kodak and Portera has helped Catapult continue to provide our clients a more complete marketing services offering that yields substantially more ROI than traditional agencies.
Dennis has most recently worked with Catapult clients such as Proofpoint, Checkpoint Software, Mercury Interactive (HP), BEA, Siemens and many others. Currently, he is also spearheading Catapult’s ability to deliver automated lead scoring and nurturing programs using advanced CRM and SFA technologies.
Bob joined Catapult in January of 2005 when his company, Data Direct, a leading full service database management firm, was acquired by Catapult. Bob has been a strong catalyst in applying technological advances to business marketing and data management processes.
Bob has built unrivaled expertise in data management, matching and ETL technologies. In his current position, Bob works with Catapult clients like Brocade, Genesys, VeriSign, Serena and others as he manages the company’s data services group and the entire database operations. In addition, he is responsible for the acquisition and adoption of new database management technologies, such as Eloqua™, that can be applied to enhance Catapult services. Bob is also the Database Chair for the Northern California chapter of the Direct Marketing Association.
Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in branding and marketing at both high technology companies and advertising agencies to her role, managing client relations and account services at Catapult. Lisa is essential to developing program strategies and helping clients achieve their marketing objectives.
Prior to joining Catapult, Lisa was a Director of Marketing at Plantronics, Fujitsu and Visto. Lisa has also held senior marketing positions at USWeb/CKS, Sun Microsystems, Philips Electronics and AT&T. At Philips, Lisa led the marketing initiatives for the Philips Mobile Computing Group, which launched the first Philips-branded handheld PC devices. At AT&T, Lisa launched Worldnet, AT&T’s first Internet access service.
Mike guides the creative efforts at Catapult by working closely with clients and our design and copy teams to deliver outstanding ideas that are not only compelling, on message and on brand, but also get results.
Before joining Catapult as our VP, Creative Director, Mike worked as Creative Director at a variety of full-service agencies, including CKS Partners, FCB and McCann Erickson. His experience includes work for Time Warner, Nextel, Palm, WebTV, San Francisco Giants, TV Guide, Domain Chandon, Rodney Strong Winery, San Francisco Visitors and Convention Bureau, Xerox and MySimon.
Mike received his training at the Minneapolis School of Art and Design as well as an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Iowa.
Chris has been instrumental in establishing internal profiling and telemarketing benchmark processes to assure complete customer satisfaction. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for the successful delivery of Catapult’s telemarketing services and provides strategic guidance to the individual project managers regarding resource allocation and quality assurance.
After 6 years at Catapult, Chris has been responsible for the successful completion of 100s of teleservices projects for corporations, including Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Actuate, ProofPoint and Tealeaf. Before joining Catapult, Chris managed telemarketing and data programs at Apple, Metricom and Puma Technologies.
